HAVING TROUBLE PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE?

If you are having trouble placing your order, follow these instructions.

Make sure all information requested in the fields is typed correctly, and there are no misspelled characters (extra dots, space, numbers, letters, etc.).

When using Credit and Debit Card make sure all information typed on the website match the information of your card and that your bank has on file. (Address, Postal Code, Name, Expiring Date, Card Number).

While using Auto Filling can wrongly add or remove characters to the information, its recommended to double check all information if you are using this function.

Try Refreshing the page, try to clear the cookies of your browser. (Settings on your Browser), Try using another browser/device to place the order. (Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox/Desktop, Tablet, Cell Phone) 

DO I NEED TO BRING ID WHEN PURCHASING CANNABIS?

Yes. All customers are subject to an ID check at the door, in order to ensure they meet the minimum legal purchasing age in Ontario (19+).

CAN I BRING A MINOR IN STORE WITH ME?

No. Everyone who enters the shop must be 19+.

WHICH FORMS OF ID DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • Canadian Passport
  • Canadian Citizenship Card
  • Canadian Armed Forces Identification Card
  • Certificate of Indian Status Card (issued by Indian and Northern Affairs Canada)

HOW MUCH CANNABIS CAN I PURCHASE IN A SINGLE VISIT?

Customers are able to purchase a maximum of 30 grams of dried cannabis (or equivalent) per visit.

HOW DO YOU STORE CANNABIS?

It is best to keep your cannabis in a cool, dark, and dry place. Sheltering the flower from light, air, moisture, and high temperatures should keep cannabis fresh for up to six months.

WHAT IS RECOMMENDED FOR A FIRST-TIME CANNABIS USER?

It is recommended that new consumers start with a low THC, high CBD product.

WHAT IS THC?

THC, or Tetrahydrocannabinol, is responsible for most psychoactive effects felt when consuming cannabis. A cannabis plant’s THC content is expressed as mg/g or as a percentage of mg per gram. This is often referred to as “potency”.

WHAT IS CBD?

CBD, or Cannabidiol is non-intoxicating and often reduces or counteracts the effects of THC. CBD has been shown to help reduce inflammation and pain.

CAN I USE CANNABIS WHILE PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

According to the OCS, there is no known safe amount of cannabis to use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not consume cannabis, as it could harm the fetus or baby.
